We then design an initial mockup to spec based on what has been agreed. You’ll then have the opportunity to confirm whether or not we’re on the right track and provide feedback.
Refine
Once you’re happy with the foundations of your site we then start adding in copy and photographs you want. This is usually provided by the client but we’re happy to provide this where needed.
Approval & Launch
Good news, we’re nearly there. Final touches are now made to your new website and, upon approval, your new website is made live for the world to see.

Who makes the updates to my website?
Our platform is pretty easy to use, you have the option to update your website on your own. However, included in your monthly fee, we’re happy to create 2 pages or edit up to 10 pages/month, simply give us a call or drop an email to arrange – (does not include blog posts).
How does payment work?
Half of the setup fee is charged the day you decide to open up your account. The next half comes upon completion of the website (prior to it going live). Most new websites are launched within 4-6 weeks.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Not necessarily. Our services don’t always require a long-term contract. We believe in giving you options when committing to our service. We like to be accountable to you and wouldn’t want you to feel “stuck” if you are not happy with your results. A nice incentive for us to work hard on your behalf. We offer short (from 30 days) and long term options to suit your business needs.
What do I need to provide?
With the standard launch package, we ask that you provide content, logo and images that you want on your site. However, we suggest making use of our content writing service as this allows you to focus on what you do best – serve your clients.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Even though the website is hosted with us, the content is yours and you are free to re-use the design even if you leave us.

How long does the web design process take?
Provided you already have everything good to go (Copy, Photos, Logo etc), we have had websites live within 2 weeks. This said, typically, you can expect your website live within 3 months.
Will my website work on mobile?
All of our websites are responsive which means they are mobile optimised from the get go. This is rather important given than a huge portion of those online are on mobile devices.
Will I show up on Google?
After building your website and, upon making it live, we submit your site for indexing via Google Search Console & other search engines. All of our websites are built with SEO in mind which ensures you’re good to go straight away. This said, it’s worth bearing in mind that SEO is an ongoing process and, while we expect google to index your site as it will be technically optimised, we’d be happy to provide ongoing off page SEO moving forward.
